17/01/2010 Chocolate Hazellnut Nestum

Hi All,

I hope it is not too late to wish you all a Happy New Year. Well, for this new season, inspired by Chef Jean Marc Bernelin I have created a new chocolate recipe using nestum/cereals. I made them into bars and lollipop chocolate. The recipe follows below. Hope you guys enjoy it.









Just basic recipe, you can actually change the ingrediant with the same ratio. I baked the nestum/cereal until light brown for about 5 to 10 minutes and let it cool to retain crisp.
200gm chocolated (melted and tempered) add and mix well with
20gm hazelnut or peanut butter. lastly add
10gm nestum or cereal.

amboi menarik betul la coklat2 kak suzi.. mould bar tu mesti beli kat MAlaysia chocolate fair.. mas pon grab 1.. hehe.. kak mana nk beli mould untuk lolipop tu yer? akak tahu ke tempatnya?nk kirim boleh? yang kat wilton tu takde stock dah frust betul
