I hope it is not too late to wish you all a Happy New Year. Well, for this new season, inspired by Chef Jean Marc Bernelin I have created a new chocolate recipe using nestum/cereals. I made them into bars and lollipop chocolate. The recipe follows below. Hope you guys enjoy it.
Just basic recipe, you can actually change the ingrediant with the same ratio. I baked the nestum/cereal until light brown for about 5 to 10 minutes and let it cool to retain crisp.
200gm chocolated (melted and tempered) add and mix well with
20gm hazelnut or peanut butter. lastly add
10gm nestum or cereal.
