31st Dec 2010 - Happy New Year to ALL

Happy New Year....
A lot of activities this month... Hoping for better future next year..
1st activity next year...See me at Malaysia Chocolate Fair at Mid Valley on 7/1/2011 - 9/1/2011.

These are some of my activities this month.

A birthday cake for Lini... This is really wonderful. I got the chance to use my skill. I even make a chocolate masquerade mask but unfortunately it got broken and replaced with the artificial mask.











Birthday party for my youngest daughter Syahirah 19/12/2010.

23/7/2010 Kebaya Cake and chocolate basket







This is my 1st trial of making embroidery kebaya dress cake for my nephew. I use the following tools to make the patchwork. (mentang2 baru balik dari Bukit Tinggi cubalah sulam tampal...he he he)



He also wanted basket of chocolates. I made with various flavours green mint, rose strawbwrry peanut butter, lavendar fan, peanut butter shell, marble cheese bar and plain chocolate mosque.

7/2/10 Factory visit (chocolate & mould)

We oraganised a trip to Dezzaris and CMR. Here are some photo to share. Not much varity of mould available but I just bought the chocolate boxes and kindabueno. Refer to the gold chocolate post.
to know more on tepak sirih (an offering). I love the egg chocolate but I could not get the mould here.

9/1/2010 Malaysia Chocolate Fair at Mid Valley

Last weekend I went to Chocolate Fair in Mid Valley. I am happy to meet Chef Jean Marc Bernelin personally and also some of my friends who have the same passion of chocolate and baking with me. I bought some of the chocolate and saw how pictures can be printed on a chocolates. Really wonderful.
