I made Marble Chocolate Cheese Cake for Pn Maria. Simple design. I have not been practicing my roses. This is my chance to make roses. I use Rich fresh cream for the topping, roses & leaves. I use pipping jelly for red wording & cornelly & melted chocolate for the fence.
