6/7/08 Fondant cake design

I learn how to use pettinice (fondant) to roll on the cake, make ribbon, using impression matt (diamond) with royal icing beads, using measurement mat to mark my cake from side to side using mark 16 & impression rolling pin. Another friend of mine use mark 12 to make cornelly ribbon. It looks much more beautiful if the string work drop down a little bit more to make the curve visible. On the ribbon cake I also learn how to apply pearl gold dust on the ribbon using my finger.
