9/2/08 - Cuppies with cream cheese & whipped cream

9/2/08 - I've made cuppies again but this time I frost them with cream cheese and whipped cream. The flowers are stablelised whipped cream and here I use air brush to give highlight on the yellow roses and carnation.



Cream Cheese Frosting

120g butter
120g icing sugar
250 cream cheese
1 tsp lemon/orange juice (optional)
1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)

Beat all the above till fluffy.
