Simple fondant cake. I made this dummy cake when I went for a training at Norrizan Bakery. There is more to come. I use them for my home decorations.

I just came back from Jakarta during CNY and bought a cake mould with stairs. I tried this mould for a dear friend's brother and his nephew. The tower cake is chocolate cake and the Ben 10 is blueberry cheese cake.

Hi dear friends, it seems a long time I have not updated my blog. Actually... it is just a month...a very busy month. Well I have been visiting Jakarta & Padang, went for some cooking classes and launching my product... SuzzChocs. Here I attended the Advance Chocolate Making by Berita Publishing conducted by Chef Amer.
