18/6/2011 - Macaron

The one on the right is bamboo charcoal macaron. I made this using French method which is quite easy. It is not the recipe that makes perfect macaron it's the technique that you have to master.

I love your black macarons very much.
I have tried several times to make macarons with bamboo charcoal but they end up always with a greyish color... not black like yours.
Could you please give me some advice to make them black.
