25/7/08 3 Cakes - 2 Cars & powerpuff girls

Last night I decorate 3 cakes... Powerpuff girls & sport car are marble strawberry Oreo cake and the other car is a pure butter cake.

21/7/08 Butterfly Blueberry Cheese Cake

Last night I made Butterfly Blueberry Cheese Cake for Nursya's sister. I use sponge cake as the base, blue berry paste on top and blue berry filling for decorations. Oooo looks so yummy... I am a cheese cake lover....

19/7/08 Happy Birthday Anakku Athirah & Resipi.net

Happiest day of my life. Today is my daughter's (Athirah) birthday and I manage to finish the biggest cake I have ever made roughly about 6.5kg - 8kg size 14" X 25". Plain butter cake with fresh cream. The celebration was done in conjuction with Resipi.net annual gathering.

I made another pink Barbie doll cake. I use crystal impression pin to emboss the skirt.

8/7/08 Strawberry girl & spider man

Last night I learn how to tracing picture on plastic using chocolate, transfer & paint with pipping jelly. I draw strawberry girl....

Another method is embossing but this method requires us to draw the picture twice. 1st trace the picture using clear pipping jelly, freeze it then transfer on the cake. The cake icing must also be frozen hard to do all the transfer.

This is one og my friends (Ita) handwork.

6/7/08 2 birthday cake for Nur Iman Qaisara

Late last night I decorate 2 cakes. (castle & barbie doll) for Nursya....
I got tips from my sifu ... to put pipping jell on top of the photo image to make a clear glass frame & to be able to store the image in the fridge whitout spoiling the picture.
I bought the edible image from Ayu (Loveliana).
