October - IWK Karnival

It was rainy but I had a lot of fun during the sport carnival... I opened up a booth and sold these among other foods. Dadih (Jelly) & cheesy wedges.

Today I use my marble table to make Roti Canai...

02/10/10 Nasi Mandy + Kerabu Sotong

Today I made a special meal (Nasi Mandy). The spices comes from middle east. You can eat the rice on its own. Really lovely.

September 2010 activity

Hello, hello friends...I have been very busy for the last 2 month. This are some of the activity I manage to record for the last 2 month...I will share with you later if I repeat making some of the good dishes.

Rose garden cup cakes. The roses are hand made. I use the recipe which uses gelatine latex. The fondant is also home made which I use Chef asma recipe. Both recipes is available in this blog.

Chocolate moist cake for Pn Rozi's daughter. Princess Ariel (Little mermaid) sitting in the shell.

The sesame street theme, smiley and rainbow cupcake also for Pn Rozi's daughter. Thank you Pn Rozi... it has been a long time not decorating any cupcakes. I hope your daughter likes it.

23/7/2010 Kebaya Cake and chocolate basket

This is my 1st trial of making embroidery kebaya dress cake for my nephew. I use the following tools to make the patchwork. (mentang2 baru balik dari Bukit Tinggi cubalah sulam tampal...he he he)



He also wanted basket of chocolates. I made with various flavours green mint, rose strawbwrry peanut butter, lavendar fan, peanut butter shell, marble cheese bar and plain chocolate mosque.
