I used gold paper roses on this fondant cake. 4 recipe of butter cake Chef Tania. The top cake is chocolate chip flavor and the bottom cake is strawberry flavor.

I made Marble Chocolate Cheese Cake for Pn Maria. Simple design. I have not been practicing my roses. This is my chance to make roses. I use Rich fresh cream for the topping, roses & leaves. I use pipping jelly for red wording & cornelly & melted chocolate for the fence.

All just love Chocolate Moist Cake. This time I drew Cinderella for Joyce. Just trace the picture onto plastic transparencies sheets with melted chocolate. Let it harden for a while & paste onto a frozen icing toping. Then use coloured pipping jelly & fill the picture. I wanted to do more but my time was limited.

Last Saturday 1/11/08 I bought a few more cutters i.e. love with arrow, bunny, train, dinasourus & trinosarous(I think) & lips. Then I made more cookies to try these cutters.
